My sweet grandmother, Meme, got married on July 5, 2009 to a wonderful addition to our family, Jim. The wedding was beautiful and centered around family and good friends. We all pitched in and did our part to help make Meme and Jim's wedding perfect and memorable. My cousin, Amanda, and Aunt Carlene baked 9 dozen homemade cupcakes topped with adorable purple homemade sugar flowers (with the help of the amazing girlfriends, Jackie and Denielle). My cousin, Adam, provided a first class saxophone solo. Greg, my brother, toasted the newly weds with the perfect touch of humor and sincerity. My uncle and dad, Ricky and Bobby, (no I am NOT kidding) provided the moral support. I provided the decorations with help from my mom, dad, husband, and Jackie, and of course...I also provided the photography. The wedding was fun, and unique with touches of our family everywhere. Including RC Cola for toasting, a banana Moon Pie cake (their favorites from their younger years), a special bouquet toss (my grandmas favorite part of weddings), and a "hide the butterfly" contest.
