using your engagement photos at your wedding.

We had such a great time at the Indy Soiree bridal show at the beautiful Hawthorns Country Club last week. The show was interactive and informative with all participating vendors showing and demonstrating wedding ideas.

Our demonstration: How to use your engagement photos at your wedding.

We had such a great time creating wedding elements with our engagement pictures that we wanted to share our ideas with the blog world.

Enjoy our demonstration and don't forget, everything is more beautiful with a picture of you on it. :)

1.  Table Numbers: Create adorable table numbers by adding some text over your engagement photos. Not only will your guests love seeing your photo at their table, but it's also a super easy way to add a personal touch to your wedding.
2.  Candy Buffet: Everyone loves a candy buffet. But everyone will adore a candy buffet decorated with your engagement photos. Add a photo and a kind note from the bride and groom inviting guests to enjoy the sweets and your buffet will be a hit!

3. Menu Card: Having a menu card at your reception is a kind gesture for your guests to know what they'll be served. Menu cards also serve purpose as a perfect canvas for an engagement photo.
4. Cupcake Topper: Cupcakes are such a cute trend right now. And wether you're serving them in lieu of a cake or as a favor, consider serving them with a personalized engagement photo topper. Everyone will love them! (Thanks to Cakes by Cathy for the fantastic toppers!)

5. Photo Charm: Add an extra special touch to your centerpiece by incorporating an engagement photo. We hung crystals and photo charms to our centerpiece made of twigs to add both personality and sparkle.

Not having branches or twigs at your wedding? No problem! Add an engagement picture to a charm, slide on a blue crystal, and pin to your bouquet. Viola! You have your something blue...and it's extra cute!

6. Ceremony Program: Just because your ceremony programs are the last items on your to-do list doesn't mean they have to be boring. In fact, you can make a beautiful, personalized program like that...(insert snap!) by adding an engagement photo to your program.

We love this idea: Punch a hole in your program, add some ribbon, and hang from each chair at your ceremony. cute!
7. Hotel Welcome Brochures: Greet your out of town guests to your wedding weekend with a brochure of information complete with your engagement pictures.

Step 1: Add a photo, name, and date to the outside of your brochure...
Step 2: Fill the inside of your brochure with engagement photos accompanied by important information for your guests. IE: A welcome page, a ceremony page with the time and address of your wedding, a reception page with the same information, and a thank you page...
Step 3: Don't leave a single inch bare...even cover the back of your brochure with photos. Your guests will love having so many pictures of you...
