My friend Heather, the creative mind behind her own gorgeous wedding, is an innovative thinker and designer as shown in every single detail of her wedding. Heather's own hands created every print item to carry out her chic library themed wedding. From the library inspired Save the Dates to the book title table numbers to the libary check-out card escort cards, Heather pulled off her theme with class and beauty.
And although she had a heavy hand in every design detail of the day, nothing was more important to Heather than the celebration of the beginning of her new married life to her best friend, Paul.
Heather and Paul are a fantastic couple. They're both kind, positive, and fun-loving. (As shown in their air guitar first dance solos to "Mary Jane's Last Dance"). I love that they're so happy together and know that their happiness is just beginning.
I've known Heather since I was a baby and throughout our lives we've shared a lot of similarities. We're only hours apart in age, we both have cute teeny tiny moms, we've always been creative, for a period of time we both loved orange but got hitched with a heavily inspired green color scheme, we both work in design and photography, and now we're both married to Paul Michaels. But photographing Heathers wedding is the very best thing we've been able to share together.
Watching Heather marry a standup guy like Paul was incredible but watching it through my view finder was an honor. I feel extremely special that for years to come, Heather and Paul will look back at their wedding photos through my perspective. Thanks to Heather and Paul for letting me capture their day through my eyes. Enjoy this sneak peek...
